What You\u2019ll Do

- Own stuff. No \u201cPM intern\u201d vibe here \u2014 you\u2019ll run features end-to-end, from scribbles on a whiteboard to live product.

- Talk to users. Not just once a quarter \u2014 you\u2019ll live in their world, find their pain points, and make them say \u201cWow\u201d .

- Work across everything. Engineers, designers, marketing, sales, even interns \u2014 if it moves the product forward, you\u2019re in.

- Ship fast, learn faster. Test ideas, kill bad ones, double down on winners. - Measure what matters. You\u2019ll define success metrics and obsess over improving them.

- Write killer product specs. Take fuzzy ideas and turn them into crystal- clear product requirements that engineers and designers love.
Requirements

- Experience \u2013 1\u20133 years in a product role (APM, PM, Product Analyst, or something similar).

- Startup DNA \u2013 You\u2019re scrappy, resourceful, and allergic to \u201cthat\u2019s not my job.\u201d

- User Obsession \u2013 You think in user stories, not just features.

- Analytical Mindset \u2013 You back your gut with data and can tell a story with numbers.
