Associate Product Manager

The product manager, we believe, is the key driver of a product company.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in product management
• Must be an expert in product definition - analyse features, thoroughly draw out usecases, and produce detailed user workflows that will meet product goals and enhance user capabilities. Must be able to extensively identify all possible permutations and combinations
• Must be enthusiastic about learning new domains, have a knack of understanding technical subjects, be able to conduct secondary and primary research to understand unfamiliar systems
• Prior experience in products that are a combination of hardware and software, has built middleware applications
• Must be logical in their approach of defining features - keeping both ground realities and future possibilities in mind
• Must be able to work with immediate product leads, design teams, and development teams to take product from solution to reality
• Must be able to own product development, adhere to processes within the team, establish processes if necessary, provide feedback to QA and take the product to completion
