Associate Product Manager / Product Manager

Role Overview: As an Associate Product Manager/ Product Manager at Onsitego in Mumbai, you will be a crucial part of shaping the growth strategy and engagement of the company. Working cross-functionally with technology, business, marketing, design, and executive teams, your role will involve breaking down complex problems to drive product development, adoption, and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain business applications aligning with company's requirements and objectives. - Integrate data sources between applications for accurate and up-to-date information. - Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and translate requirements into solutions. - Train and support end-users and clients for effective utilization of business applications. - Implement changes based on feedback and evolving business needs. - Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD). - Work with senior product managers and executive team to create product plans and roadmaps. Qualification Required: - 2+ years of experience in managing high growth consumer or SaaS products. - Preferably background in engineering with an MBA degree. - Prior experience in working with different stakeholders in a highly regulated, hyper-competitive landscape is a plus. - Proficient in developing product features and growth hacks using product management tools and frameworks. - Ability to write detailed product requirements, end-to-end use cases, and user stories for engineering & design teams. - Skilled in creating clear & detailed low-fi or high-fi mock-ups using tools like Lucid Chart, Figma, etc. - Experience with Product Management tools like JIRA, Confluence. - Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
