Job Description

Location - Airoli (Navi Mumbai)

B2B Integration Knowledge: - End-to-end understanding of customer onboarding processes. Hands-on experience with B2B profile setup and deployment

Tools: - Knowledge of at least one e-procurement platforms like SAP /Ariba/Oracle

- Communication Skills: - Excellent communication skills in English verbal, written, etc.

- Ability to co-ordinate independently with onshore clients via. conference calls and e-mails

- Analytical thinking and problem solving.

XML, HTML, Python, VBA Macros

Good communication skills and client interaction skills

- Analyse, Design and Develop custom mapping in webMethods tool
- Design and implement map conversions (Punchout / Order Requisition / Purchase Order) - Update and maintain custom mapping details in repository - Troubleshoot technical issues and data errors and provide resolution to fix the issues - Proactively perform governance activities to ensure all custom mapping issue are resolved - Create and deliver weekly status reports and dashboards - Prepare presentations for weekly leadership decks and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) - Highlight key achievements, blockers, and upcoming priorities in reporting decks

- Lead and manage end-to-end migration activities
- Co-ordination with onshore (US) clients via. conference call & emails

- Evaluate the schedule and technical feasibility of the project

- Communication with internal & external project stakeholders

- Co-ordinate the technical B2B ERP integration initiation, UAT, troubleshooting, onboarding, post go-live technical & business support
- Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones - Manage stakeholder communication and handle escalations effectively - Ensure adherence to project timelines, compliance, and quality standards - Coordinate resource assignments and deployment schedules - Prepare and maintain all project documentation, meeting minutes, and action logs - Create and deliver weekly status reports and dashboards - Prepare presentations for weekly leadership decks and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) - Highlight key achievements, blockers, and upcoming priorities in reporting decks
