Associate Principal

As a part of the Banking and Financial Services Team at Indusion Consulting, we are seeking hard-core recruiters and self-driven professionals with a strong business understanding who are eager to learn and grow in Executive Search. The role is based in Mumbai (BKC) at Indusion Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., an industry leader in Executive Search. Joining our BFSI Recruitment practice, you will focus on sectors such as Investment Banking, Private Equity & Venture Capital, Consumer Finance, and Wholesale Banking. Your primary responsibilities will include connecting with clients, headhunting top talent, and closing significant deals that matter. Key Responsibilities: - Understand clients" requirements and effectively meet their needs. - Conduct head-hunting, research, mapping, and screening of candidates to identify the best talent. - Manage the full recruitment cycle from start to finish ensuring smooth operations. - Develop business by generating new leads, driving revenue, and building lasting client relationships. - Collaborate with clients to comprehend their staffing needs and assist in finding ideal candidates. - Maintain fresh, organized, and up-to-date databases. Ideal Candidate: - Experience: 6-10 years in recruitment, preferably in BFSI, or equivalent sales experience in related sectors. - Education: A post-graduate degree or MBA from a reputed institution is advantageous, but a strong passion and skills are crucial. - Skills: - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. - High energy and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in recruitment processes such as head-hunting, screening, and evaluation. - Ability to build and nurture client relationships effectively. - Exposure in BFSI sectors or hardcore sales experience is a plus.
