Associate Principal Consultant, Agile Coach

As a Digital Product Engineering company, we at Nagarro are currently seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team. With over 11 years of total experience, you will have a strong working knowledge of Scaled Agile principles and practices. Your expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, SAFe, LeSS, and DAD will be utilized to drive process improvements in large enterprises. In this role, you will play a key part in consulting Agile practices in legacy application environments, while also demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Your experience in customer-facing consulting roles will be essential as you work towards understanding clients" business use cases and technical requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing proposals, preparing artifacts, and presenting case studies as part of the presales process. Your ability to coach and train C-level executives, as well as your knowledge of OKRs, KPIs, and Business Metrics across Portfolio, Program & Team levels, will be crucial in driving the success of our projects. Furthermore, your qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Your excellent communication and collaboration skills will enable you to work effectively with global teams and deliver outstanding results.
