Additionally, you will be responsible for onboarding new partners efficiently and enhancing the partner playbook to drive business opportunities. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field from a T1/T2 institute. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Solution Architecture within Conversational AI or contact center companies is required. You must possess the ability to solve complex business problems, have a detailed understanding of the contact center landscape, and be skilled in making presentations and creating ROI matrices. Exceptional communication, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.
