Job Description

What you will do

As a Growth Associate, you will lead creator acquisition efforts. Your day-to-day will involve:
Discovering new creator growth channels from social platforms to community groups
Designing growth experiments and campaigns to bring new creators into the Meesho ecosystem
Activating and enabling creators to consistently participate in content commerce by building toolkits, incentives, and playbooks
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams (product, ops, tech, creative) and external partners to drive outcomes.

Youll be the face of Meeshos creator-first vision and a key player in helping this new e-commerce model scale 10x. And of course, were not all work and no play. Whether its our weekly no-shop-talk team calls, spontaneous meme wars, or intense board game nights we know how to have fun while building the future of commerce.

What you will need

1-2 years of experience in managing digital performance campaigns (Meta ads is preferred)
In depth understanding of how to run a performance marketing campaign and knowledge of how to make analytical driven decisions from the campaign data is what would be required in this profile.
1-2 years of total work experience either in consulting from top tier firms or in tech start ups / tech companies in similar roles preferred
Organizational skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Superior problem-solving and project management skills
Strong track record with proven growth in your current organization
