Job Description

Role Overview: At Nextyn, we are seeking talented individuals to join our People & Culture department. As a vital member of our people operations team, you will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant and high-performing workplace. Your role will involve enhancing employee experiences, supporting recruitment endeavors, and ensuring seamless People & Culture processes to bolster our teams" success and contentment. Key Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition Support: - Assist in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication. - Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment needs and ensure a positive candidate experience. - Employee Onboarding: - Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions for a warm welcome and necessary information dissemination. - Employee Engagement: - Aid in organizing team-building activities, employee surveys, and feedback sessions to cultivate a positive work environment. - Support initiatives that boost employee satisfaction and are in alignment with Nextyn's core values. - HR Operations and Compliance: - Maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS system (KEKA) to uphold data integrity and comply with legal standards. - Learning & Development: - Coordinate learning and development sessions to facilitate employee growth, including tracking participation and gathering feedback on training programs. Qualification Required: - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: 0-2 years of HR experience or related internships; exposure to a startup or high-growth environment is beneficial. - Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with HRMS systems (experience with KEKA is a plus). - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees across all levels. - Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented with a genuine desire to support and collaborate with others. - Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities and efficient time management in a fast-paced setting.
