Designation: Associate – New Initiatives & Strategy

Location : Bangalore

CTC - 8-13 lpa


Responsibilities



  • Business Strategy & Partnerships
  • Program Execution & Scaling
  • Data & Insight-Driven Decision Making
  • Financial Planning & P&L Ownership


Qualifications



  • 0–2 years of experience OR a recent graduate from a top-tier program in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.


Required Skills



  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL (Python is a plus).
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and building from scratch.
