Job Description

Role Overview: As an Associate Network Administrator in Pune, you will play a critical role in ensuring network support for next-generation networking technologies. You will work Monday to Friday for 9 hours/day with shift timings from 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM, offering a salary range that is best in the industry. Key Responsibilities: - Good exposure in handling Sophos XG, Cisco ASA, and other UTM and Firewall products like Fortinet, Cyberoam, etc. - Experience in Cisco switches, routers, general networking, advanced troubleshooting, and IT security compliance. - Perform network hardening, tuning, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Handle tickets raised by users and alerts from the monitoring system. - Demonstrate proven client interaction skills, strong analytical skills, and decision-making capabilities. - Be prepared to work in shift timings as per business requirements. Qualifications Required: - Any Graduate with 2-3 years of experience. - CCNA/CCNP professional will be preferred. - Proficient in networking, routing, switching, and working with Firewalls. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Possess strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Understanding of Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Cloud Environments (AWS, Azure), Unix/Linux will be an added advantage.,
