Associate - Myntra Supply Planning ( Program Management)

About the role:

The Associate, Supply Chain Planning (Program Management) at Myntra will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain operations. This individual will be responsible for leading key planning initiatives, driving process improvements, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive monthly and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets
• Focus on initiatives to unlock speed and agility across the supply chain, reducing lead times and improving responsiveness
• Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on planning objectives and outcomes
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement within the supply chain
• Lead and manage supply chain planning programs and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and desired outcomes

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Around 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive improvements.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL and R.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or relevant experience in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis tools and basic programming languages like R or Python is a plus.
