Shifts: Flexible to work for any shift (24*7)

Job Summary

WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE / REAL-TIME ANALYST

  • Ability to present oneself as positive, polite and professional skill set.

Technical Skills

  • Demonstrates end to end understanding of forecasting and scheduling technical functional knowledge, advanced tech savviness and adept in adapting to any changes in tools/processes
  • Technical functional knowledge, advanced technology savviness and adept in adapting to any changes in tools and processes, including workforce scheduling tools

Competencies / Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that workforce is staffed optimally by creating forecast and staffing models
  • Monitors request queues on a real-time basis and ensures adherence to the planned and prepared schedules based on volume forecast
  • Monitors Service Levels and initiates contingency; proactively and reactively
  • Partner with Company team to develop/deploy innovative solutions
  • Monitors Service Levels and performance outcomes to make recommendations to staffing models
  • Analyzes business information to identify process improvements with data-supported recommendations
  • Builds effective working relationships with Company and, when requested, Company Clients
  • Works closely and collaborate with leaders/management to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Other Requirements / Qualifications:

  • College graduate with an accredited Bachelors degree
  • [TP1] Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Operations center scheduling experience preferred
  • Strong quantitative and technical aptitude
  • Detail oriented - high emphasis on quality/quantity balance
  • Able to interact and negotiate with all levels of management
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit time management skills; flexibility and adaptability required
  • Fluent in the English language, in accordance with the requirements of the agreement.
