The role will oversee all public and private web properties and supporting infrastructure including content management system, web analytics, and marketing automation platform. This is a hand-on and operational role. It includes website content management(WCM), search engine optimization (SEO), management of Marketing tech stack, operational planning and analytics, email marketing, web and email campaign performance reporting and marketing data management. This individual will also be responsible for lead scoring and data management strategies. The successful candidate will need to achieve strong collaboration with the corporate marketing and APAC marketing teams to drive effective APAC marketing KPIs.

The Main R esponsibilities:


  • Website Operations & Management

    • Manage meeting and resource schedules, work fl ows and deadlines associated with website content projects and activities

    • Build metadata models that de fi ne tagging requirements for pages and content components

    • Collaborate with digital marketing team to drive and manage SEO efforts with keyword optimization, content tagging and metadata management to improve organic ranking of all APAC websites, including non-English sites.

    • Work within the company s website content management system and other tools to publish and activate APAC content (example, Linkedin organic posts, campaign pages, blogs, gated content pages)

    • Manage translation and quality check with local stakeholder/or agency for the non-English sites

    • Test and optimize web pages for engagement and conversion

    • Collaborate with global web team to optimize the front-end and back-end user experience of the website (example: site usability, design/layout, page load time and site performance)

    • Serve as a liaison between the APAC marketing organization and the global web team in relation to website-related projects and activities

    • Establish and produce ongoing web analytics reports and recommendations related to the improvement of the corporate website





  • Marketing Automation Platform Operations & Management

    • Manage meeting and resource schedules, work fl ows and deadlines associated with marketing automation platform (Marketo) activities.

    • Create and deploy email campaigns, email nurture, lead scoring or data-related programs using Marketo

    • Enforce data governance and support field marketing managers to upload lead contact details into marketing database/SFDC thru Marketo

    • Maintain and optimize evergreen Marketo programs including data cleansing, email nurture and lead scoring.

    • Establish and produce email metrics reports and recommendations related to the improvement of the email performance.

    • Establish and produce marketing database metrics reports and recommendations related to the improvement of the data hygiene.

    • Establish and produce email nurture program reports and recommendations related to the improvement of the email nurture program,

    • Establish and produce lead scoring reports and recommendations related to the improvement of the lead scoring program,

    • Serve as a liaison between the APAC marketing organization and the global marketing operations team in relation to Marketo or Data-related projects and activities





  • Lead Management Operations & Management

    • Set up campaign codes in CRM platform. Ensure all online and offline campaigns are trackable in terms of deliverables, performance and return on marketing investment (ROMI).

    • Own the lead handling process and workflow with the lead development agencies. This also includes onboarding, administering finance matters and managing the cadence/QBR meetings.

    • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Leads to train the sales organization in lead handling & lead acceptance process. Enforce marketing and sales inter-departmental SLAs to ensure ability to track lead conversion into opportunity for both marketing sourced and marketing influenced leads.





  • Reporting & Analytics

    • Ensure accuracy of reporting and dashboarding for all leads, KPIs and targets

    • Responsible for creating and managing analytics, providing strategic insights to improve overall marketing efficiency and execution




What We Look for in a Candidate:


  • 8 - 11 years working experience in a similar field

  • Strong hands-on experience in website operations and management or marketing automation platform operations and management.

  • Experience with A/B, multivariate and usability testing

  • Experience in using web analytics platform such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics

  • Relevant experience in HTML and/or CSS preferred

  • Relevant experience in marketing automation platform such as Marketo (Preferred), Eloqua or Pardot

  • Relevant experience in website content management system such as Adobe Experience Manager (Preferred) or Sitecore

  • Relevant experience in vendor management

  • Possess strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments and deliver on time

  • Ability to work effectively with cross departments of different cultures and in an international environment

  • Proactive, detailed oriented and collaborative

  • Able to operate independently and as a team player

  • Possess a university degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or other related fields


Desirable:


  • Possess relevant experience in

    • Adobe Experience Manager

    • Adobe Analytics

    • Other software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash.



  • Agency background is an advantage
