Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Associate Manager to manage our telesales operations across three high-growth verticals Pharmacy eCommerce, Diagnostics (Home Sample Collection), and Doctor Consultations (both online and physical). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving outbound sales, managing large teams, and delivering strong customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive telesales targets across pharmacy, diagnostics, and consultation categories.
Manage Team Leaders and Agents – track KPIs like conversion, AHT, adherence, quality.
Optimize sales processes, improve productivity, and enhance conversion metrics.
Ensure adherence to compliance and process protocols, especially while handling health-related data.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, tech, and fulfillment teams.
Contribute to hiring, training, and performance coaching of telesales agents.
Regularly report performance and actionable insights to leadership.

Desired Profile:

Graduate; MBA preferred.
4–8 years of telesales experience
Experience in healthcare, pharma, eCom, insurance, or related B2C sectors preferred.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Data-driven, with comfort in using dashboards and CRM tools.
