Job Description

Location:

Mangalore Airport (Karnataka)

Job Purpose

Ensures quality, compliance, and efficiency in inspection of incoming aircraft parts, hardware, and consumables. Safeguards airworthiness and supports safe storage and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming parts and consumables in line with MOE procedures.
Issue acceptance/quarantine tags and coordinate with Quality for non-conformities.
Verify approved sources, packaging, and documentation.
Maintain optimal storage, shelf-life monitoring, and stock rotation.
Handle dangerous goods in compliance with safety guidelines.
Maintain detailed traceability and occurrence reporting.

Requirements

Graduate with Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Diploma.
1–3 years in stores inspection; 3+ years preferred.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, customs, logistics, and SMS practices.
