1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarize in one/two statements why this job exists, and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company).
Handle end to end documentation process to provide accurate and timely docs to customer.

Decision Making Authority (This will be for every job allocated to the individual)Refer to the Decision making box for detail information
- Co-ordinate with Factory Team to get container gate out detail in order to create commercial invoices in SAP.
- Submitting Shipping Instructions respective shipping lines and Forwarders.
- Checking first prints and finalizing the BL before Vessel Manifest closing.
- Release Original/SEAWAY BL’s from various shipping lines and Forwarders.
- Handle Surrender and Telex Release process.
- Cost sheet preparation and get the GSP and other certificates released from EIA office.
- Prepare documents as per LC/Review export LC.
- Co-ordinate with Factory team to get the Container Inspection done and BSC/COC certificate once execution of shipment.
- Handle ISF/ACD Filling process.

Timely preparation of Commercial InvoicesTimely Submission of Shipping Instruction as delayed SI may cause Late SI charges and Container shut out.Timely release of BL’sShould review LC properly and release BL accordingly.Timely arrangement of container inspection and issuance of BSC/COC.Timely ISF filling.
