🚀 We’re Hiring | Associate Manager – Counselling (BFSI) | Noida | Full-time, Work from Office
We’re looking for a people-focused leader to drive performance, sales, motivation, and conversions within our counselling (sales) team. If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams and enabling career growth for students, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise counsellors to achieve counselling & conversion targets
Allocate leads, track performance, and ensure accurate reporting
Coach, train, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure process adherence and maintain call quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in team management, CRM oversight (LeadSquared), and dialer tools (Ameyo) Strong coaching, feedback, and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with focus on outcomes and quality.
Prior experience in companies like Imarticus, Wall Street, Plutus, or similar BFSI-focused organizations will be preferred.
