Associate Manager - NFP (Not for Profit) - Audit

Withum, a nationally ranked Top 25 firm in the US, seeks individuals who are genuinely passionate about the business. - Lead the engagement team staff in planning and executing audits, reviews, or compilation engagements for Non-Profit clients, ensuring world-class client service. - Provide supervision, support, and encourage open communication within the engagement staff, reporting to the engagement manager and partner. - Collaborate with managers and partners to resolve client issues, offering recommendations on legal, regulatory, and accounting matters during audit engagements. - Manage multiple engagements concurrently with different teams to meet client deadlines. - Develop and monitor engagement budgets, addressing any inefficiencies that may arise during audits. - Conduct constructive performance evaluation discussions with team members and provide appropriate guidance. - Bachelor's degree in accounting or Masters; CPA preferred. - Minimum of 6+ years of public accounting experience, including leading multiple engagements and supervising staff. Experience in auditing Non-Profit clients is desirable. - Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills with a good understanding of US GAAP. - Proficiency in U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards is essential. - Strong leadership, training, and mentoring abilities. - Proficient in written and verbal communication in English. - Demonstrated commitment to an entrepreneurial work ethic. - Ability to analyze and prioritize information effectively to make sound recommendations. - Experience in managing multiple engagements and projects simultaneously. - Team collaboration skills with Domestic (US) engagement teams. - Strong organizational, project management, and innovative problem-solving skills.,
