Create visual aspects of marketing materials, reports, PowerPoint decks, blogs, websites, publications, and other media.
Experience with Adobe creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) MS office, expertise in Word and PowerPoint. Put together disparate elements of a design created by other designers, such as icons, photographs and other components necessary for a digital/print design. Proven ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric professional services environment with an Entrepreneurial spirit. Maintains a high level of knowledge on tools and resources used by the firm and constantly evaluates new technologies and tools for adaptation into the team’s work stream. Strong research, synthesis, ideation and visual storytelling skills. Strong ability to present information in a concise, insightful, structured and provocative manner, both in written and oral forms. Strong ability to the power of design to stakeholders from varied backgrounds. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Supports firm brand, understands, implements, and strictly adheres to the quality standards and procedures established by MSC and branding guidelines. Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current client workload. Maintains technical knowledge by joining online design groups and communities and reviewing professional publications;

Requirements

• Must have a superior understanding of the fundamental concepts of graphic design principles.
  
• Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.
  
• Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate across teams, and engage stakeholders effectively.
  
• Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
  
• You have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously.
  
• The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.
