1. Manage Export related documents pre /post shipment documents, including including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
2. Follow-up/collaborate with CHA and other export agencies
3. Ensure timely submission of documents export Hubs for clearance,
4. Booking & tracking outbound freight with carriers & overseas Agent.
5. Freight bill processing, collaborate with finance in releasing payments
6. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
7. Handle communication with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
8. Stay updated with changes in export-import laws and regulations.
9. Implement compliance procedures to minimize risks and penalties.
10. Ensure all shipments adhere to regulatory requirements and standards
11. Supervise and train export-import coordinators and support staff.
12. Provide guidance on complex export-import issues and problem-solving
1. Documentation accuracy
2. Container placement/Freight spend
3. People/process Improvement
1. Any Graduate / PG in International Operation/EXIM
2. 10years+ of work experience in Export documentation preferably with Export house/CHA/
3. Strong analytical skill and knowledge of SAP, MS-Office, GoComet
4. Strong knowledge of International Logistics, customs regulations, international trade practices
