Job Description

  • Develops and maintains win-win relationships and partnerships by being reliable and dependable.
  • Communicates effectively between Indegene & client; participates in all calls and facilitates meetings with status updates and direction.
  • Manages client expectations; anticipates client-side bottlenecks and proposes proactive solutions.
  • Builds a strong network at the client location and promotes brand Indegene for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Leads weekly review meetings with clients and manages top line through presales in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Develops relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to build Indegene's mindshare.
  • Demonstrates ability to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders for high client satisfaction.
  • Assesses stakeholder reactions and adapts presentations accordingly.
  • Effectively manages conflicts with stakeholders, creating win-win outcomes to maintain project focus.

Operations Management:

  • Proficient in handling day-to-day operations efficiently.
  • Defines scope, estimates, plans, monitors, and reviews projects to closure as per client expectations.
  • Understands financial and accounting principles and practices that affect operations.
  • Follows financial procedures such as authority levels, approval processes, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Understands client requirements, communicates effort estimates effectively, and contributes to solution development and strategy formulation.

People Management & Team Development:

  • Encourages employee growth through a supportive learning and development environment.
  • Demonstrates experience in managing large teams.
  • Shares experiences to help team members address aspirations, goals, and shortcomings.
  • Provides honest, timely, and constructive feedback to drive individual development.

Problem Solving and Business Acumen:

  • Understands problems from multiple dimensions and solves them in a timely manner with thorough implementation.
  • Identifies and acts on financial drivers to enhance profitability, productivity, and market share.
  • Continuously gathers information from clients and prospects to identify emerging needs and interpret insights meaningfully.

Must Have / Nice to Have:

  • Qualification: MBA
  • 610 years of experience in project management
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Superior communication skills
  • Proven track record of managing large teams
  • Proficient in financial concepts
  • Life sciences/pharma background is

    mandatory

  • Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and managing client expectations
  • Strong initiative, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Passion for networking and tracking market trends to uncover business opportunities
  • Structured thinking and strong articulation skills
  • Ability to manage pressure and handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously
