Associate Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting:

Prepare monthly/quarterly financials, Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, and board dashboards.

• Budgeting & Forecasting:

Manage the annual operating plan, forecast cash flows, track budget variances, and provide recommendations.

• Compliance:

Ensure timely filings for statutory requirements (e.g., SEBI, ROC) and adherence to internal policies and applicable statutes.

• Finance Operations:

Oversee daily finance tasks, manage closing processes, and ensure accurate record-keeping for accounts payable, receivable, and fixed assets.

• Analysis & Business Partnering:

Provide in-depth analysis of business margins, translate financial variances into actionable insights, and collaborate with business teams to resolve financial challenges.

• Audits:

Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits, including investor due diligence processes.

• Process Improvement:

Drive process improvements in financial operations and implement cost-effectiveness in operating systems.
