Additionally, you will prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and written analyses, as well as contribute to thought leadership through the creation of blogs and articles on fintech innovations and industry developments. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field from a Tier I/II institution. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should also be adept at using data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, and Tableau, and have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
