Job role

The Associate Manager - Digital plays a crucial role within the Performance Marketing department of our advertising agency. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and campaign optimization. The Associate Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize digital campaigns, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and delivering impactful results for clients.



Responsibilities


  • Digital Campaign Management

    : Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives and overall marketing strategies
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization

    : Monitor campaign performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular analysis and insights. Implement optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness, targeting, and ROI
  • Data Analysis and Reporting

    : Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights, trends, and recommendations for campaign improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and campaign successes
  • Budget Management

    : Assist in budget allocation and management for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources. Monitor spending against allocated budgets and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Client Communication

    : Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand campaign objectives, expectations, and reporting requirements. Provide regular updates on campaign performance and respond to client queries promptly
  • Ad Creative and Copy Development

    : Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences. Ensure creative assets align with digital marketing best practices and client brand guidelines
  • Testing and Experimentation

    : Plan and execute A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize ad performance and uncover insights for future campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and advertising technolgies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
