Job Title: Associate Manager – Corporate Real Estate Location: Gurgaon Type: Full-time About the Role As Associate Manager – Corporate Real Estate, you’ll be responsible for driving infrastructure execution across our offices—launching new workspaces, overseeing renovations, or keeping facilities running at peak performance. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role where attention to detail, strong vendor management, and proactive problem-solving are key. Key Responsibilities Office Construction & Expansion Lead end-to-end project management for new office builds and expansions— from site identification and design planning to handover. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, project consultants, and vendors to deliver on time and within budget. Ensure alignment with Urban Company’s brand identity, operational requirements, and employee experience standards. Secure and manage all required permits, certifications, and adherence to municipal and safety norms. Office Repairs & Maintenance Ensure all Urban Company offices are safe, functional, and future-ready through proactive facilities management. Manage AMC contracts and coordinate service providers across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, and security. Design and oversee a structured ticketing or escalation system for internal repair and maintenance requests.
