Additionally, you will be in charge of securing permits, certifications, and ensuring compliance with municipal and safety regulations. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and future-readiness of all Urban Company offices through proactive facilities management. This includes managing contracts with service providers in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, and security.
