Associate Manager - Commercial/Retail Leasing

As an Associate Manager - Commercial/Retail Leasing at our company located in East & West Pune, you will play a crucial role in identifying and acquiring new tenants for various commercial/retail spaces such as malls, high-street outlets, and office parks. Your responsibilities will include managing leasing transactions end-to-end, from initial prospecting and site visits to closure and documentation. Building and nurturing relationships with brokers, IPCs, retail brands, and corporates will be a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you will need to conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of trends and rental benchmarks. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting leasing proposals, rental offers, and lease agreements, as well as negotiating commercial terms and conditions with potential tenants. Ensuring timely renewal of existing leases and implementing effective tenant retention strategies will also be part of your duties. Furthermore, you will be expected to track and report leasing performance and occupancy metrics to senior management, as well as assist in budgeting and forecasting rental income and occupancy targets. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3-6 years of relevant experience in commercial or retail leasing, along with a strong network within the retail, commercial real estate, or brokerage community. In-depth knowledge of leasing processes, commercial documentation, and market dynamics, coupled with excellent negotiation and communication skills, are essential requirements for this position.,
