Manage end-to-end leasing transactions – from prospecting and site visits to closure and documentation. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, IPCs, retail brands, and corporates. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to track trends and rental benchmarks. Prepare and present leasing proposals, rental offers, and lease agreements. Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with prospective tenants. Ensure timely renewal of existing leases and manage tenant retention strategies. Coordinate with legal and finance teams for lease registration, documentation, and payment follow-ups. Track and report leasing performance and occupancy metrics to the senior management. Assist in budgeting and forecasting rental income and occupancy targets. Requirements: 1. 3–6 years of relevant experience in commercial or retail leasing. 2.
