PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Responsible and accountable for the performance of the Enablement Operations team within the Business Operations group to focus on streamlining and enhancing processes and ensuring systemic compliance to defined guidelines

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Process Improvements
Intitiating process improvements to address areas of current pain
Systemic Compliance
Ensuring that systemic validations are implemented and issues closed by required stakeholders resulting in correctness of information in systems
Governance of existing processes
Governance of processes defined (against SLA/timelines) to ensure that the end objective is met
Performance enhancements and monitoring across support functions
Working with functions to review and redefine SLAs. Monitoring the SLAs defined
Reporting
Reporting of metrics and dashboards, defined
Customer Satisfaction
Establish measure for Customer Satisfaction
Elicit customer satisfaction
Customer Support
Ensure timely adequate support to CBUs in related areas of compliance and streamlining of processes
People Management
On-time goal setting and performance development
Ensure diversity mix
Employee satisfaction
Rotation
Employee Engagement
Capability Development
Preparation and execution of deveopment plan
Orientation to culture development programme

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Bachelors degree in any stream

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

7+years
4+ years of relevant experience

DOMAIN/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

Analytical capability
Experience with Oracle EBS / ERP tools
Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting
