Job Summary:

Associate Manager Business Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions.
Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.
Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business performance reviews.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions.
Support business leaders with investment appraisal, cost-benefit analysis, and pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and external regulations.
Collaborate with accounting, treasury, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Prepare management dashboards, presentations, and reports for leadership.
Identify opportunities for process automation, efficiency, and cost reduction.
Mentor and guide junior analysts in financial reporting and analysis.
