You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing our market share in the retail banking segment. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
