You will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our retail banking business and contributing to the overall success of the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
• Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and promote our CASA products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the bank
• Stay updated on market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out sales activities
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of banking products and services, particularly CASA products, is preferred
• Proficiency in local language and English is required
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
