Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for an Associate at MAGFIN CONSULTANCY SERVICES. The Associate will be responsible for providing financial consulting services, assisting clients with capital structuring, debt syndication, and funding for business expansion, acquisitions, and restructuring. The role entails conducting research, preparing financial models, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive financial solutions. The Associate will also assist with project finance, unsecured business loans, working capital finance, and retail loan advisory.

Qualifications

• Financial consulting, Capital structuring, Debt syndication skills
• Research and preparation of financial models
• Experience in Project finance, Unsecured business loans, Working capital finance, and Retail loan advisory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
