Associate- Litigation & Contracts

You will be joining a prestigious law firm with a strong industry presence as a Litigation and Contract Lawyer in Chandigarh, Punjab. This role presents a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, requiring a candidate with exceptional legal drafting skills and strong research capabilities. In the realm of Litigation, your responsibilities will include representing clients in court proceedings with confidence and expertise, drafting and reviewing legal documents, pleadings, and case strategies, conducting thorough legal research to bolster case arguments, as well as negotiating settlements and alternative dispute resolutions. Regarding Contract Law, you will be tasked with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a diverse array of contracts, offering legal advice on contractual matters to ensure alignment with relevant laws, and identifying and mitigating potential risks in agreements. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Law degree (LL.B) and be an active member of the Bar Council. Additionally, they should have demonstrated experience in both litigation and contract law, possess strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the capacity to work autonomously and cooperate effectively within a team.
