Job Description

Position Purpose
Presentation / Graphic Designer

This is an open role in the BNP Paribas ISPL - CDS.
This position based in Mumbai. (Goregaon).
This will be a permanent role.

The candidate should have:

Expert Presentation / Graphic design Skills

Proven experience as a PPT, Graphic with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
Proficiency in multimedia design software, mainly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Word) and video softwares knowledge as additional skills.
Ability to design and produce marketing communications (print & digital) for a wide variety of clients.
Strong design aesthetic in layout, composition, typography and color usage.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Should be comfortable adapting to brand guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong eye for detail and maintain quality checks on all design pieces.
Articulate and present creative concepts clearly
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and visual storytelling will be added advantage.

Contributing Responsibilities

Participate and contribute to brainstorming sessions
Be a team player
Contribute to our overall objective of the team
To be an integral part of the Design team with flair for creativity and an enthusiasm to learn new things.

Strong Partnership Skills

Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders from the Corporate & Investment Bank.
Partner with various practice areas within Corporate & Investment Bank Marketing, Event Strategy, Press Relations and Internal Communications.
Strong interpersonal skills and positive work ethic.

Strong Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities

Strong presentation skills.

Specific Qualifications (if required)

BFA (good to have) in Graphic Design or similar background OR minimum graduates

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in this field
Excellent command over English language. (oral and written communication)
Candidates from Mumbai are preferable.
