Associate Lead Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Associate Team Leader - Recruitment will be responsible for leading a team of recruitment coordinators/recruiter’s to ensure that the recruitment process for multiple clients within the recruitment agency assigned to TL is running smoothly. This position will work closely with the Assistant Manager - Recruitment to develop and implement effective recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and train a team of recruitment coordinators/recruiters to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates
• Work with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and job postings accordingly in job portals
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of applicants for multiple clients
• Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
• Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews and manage the interview process
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and provide regular reports to clients & Asst Manager - Recruitment
• Continuously monitor and improve the recruitment process to ensure its effectiveness
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates to address any issues or concerns
• Ensure the CRM is properly maintained & updated
• Attend and or Lead the meetings, huddle meetings of recruiters and with AM.
