You will be joining Adani Group as an Associate Lead - Procurement, where your primary role will involve developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives. This will include sourcing and negotiating contracts, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. **Responsibilities:** - **Procurement Strategy:** - Implement procurement strategies that support company goals and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. - **Cost Management:** - Identify cost-saving opportunities, drive initiatives to reduce procurement expenses, and implement strategies to optimize procurement costs. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement processes and integration with other business functions. - **Supplier Management:** - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conduct regular performance reviews, and address any supplier issues as they arise. - **Regulatory Compliance:** - Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, monitoring adherence to standards and regulations. - **Management Insights:** - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on procurement best practices and strategic decisions. - **Market Awareness:** - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform procurement strategies and decisions effectively. - **Reporting:** - Prepare and present reports on procurement performance, cost savings, and other key metrics to senior management. - **Digital Mindset:** - Champion a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness, keeping up with digital and AI advancements. **Key Stakeholders - Internal:** - Techno Commercial teams -HO - Internal teams - Cross Functional Teams - Project Managers **Key Stakeholders - External:** - OEMs, materials & service partners **Qualifications:** - **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree - **Work Experience:** - 6-10 years of experience in procurement of electrical/mechanical/civil commodities of infrastructure projects - **Certification:** - Professional certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management preferred,
