Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate based in Bengaluru. The Associate role will involve daily responsibilities such as1. Claim Follow-upTrack insurance claims submitted to payers.Identify pending or denied claims.Contact insurance companies via call, email, or portal to check claim status.2. Denial ManagementReview denial reasons (e.g., coding errors, missing documents, eligibility issues).Re-submit corrected claims or escalate for resolution.

Qualifications

Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong RCM domain knowledge
Proficiency in using office software and tools
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and within a team
Experience in the health care industry as AR associate is must
