Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist Lead Auditor
: Execute branch audits (onsite/offsite) and perform data analytics.
Data Management
: Extract, compile, and ensure data readiness for audits.
Sampling & Verification
: Sample policies/claims and verify across business lines.
Audit Queries
: Finalize queries from outsourced and in-house audits.
Reporting
: Finalize individual branch reports and prepare consolidated reports.
Issue Resolution
: Prepare closure notes for open audit issues and update the audit system.
Coordination
: Work with vendors, branch/zonal managers, and operations teams to ensure data availability, follow up on responses, and monitor vendor audit work.
System Updates
: Update audit system for open issues and ongoing engagements.
Vendor Management
: Manage vendor contracts, timesheets, and onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills are essential requirements for this role.

MS office :

Excel Basic Excel knowledge ( Vlook up , Pivot Table, Summation).

Word- Preparing reports and summary status.
