  • Delivering a meticulous and streamlined administrative service/SSR.
  • Performing loss run pulling activities with accuracy and consistency, while contributing significantly to a smooth and efficient month-end close process.
  • By meticulously managing policy data, implementing robust quality controls, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Processing daily transactions as per the targets set by the process
  • Exhibit the ability to manage and accommodate change effectively self and within the team proactively
  • Follow all the policies outlined by the organization
  • Organize/ participate in various divisional level and organization level activities and initiatives.
  • Ensuring on-time Weekly/Monthly reporting as required
  • Liaising with other departments as necessary
  • Engage in both process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings, while staying informed about industry updates.
  • Understand customer requests and input accurate information into relevant IT/support systems.
  • Ownership and Collaboration:
  • Take full ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.
  • Consider the broader picture and recognize the importance of each process within the operational framework.
  • Effective Communication:
  • Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Proactive Workflow Management:
  • Proactively manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed within designated timelines to uphold operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline
  • Previous work experience in relevant industry (not mandatory)
  • Moderate to Excellent Computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation
  • Must be flexible to work in different shifts
