As an Associate Instructor - Aptitude at NxtWave, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized academic support to students in the Aptitude subject. Responsibilities: - Deliver targeted and efficient training programs to help students achieve mastery in key aptitude concepts. - Offer guidance and assistance with worksheets, assignments, and academic tasks to ensure students grasp key concepts effectively. - Resolve student queries related to Aptitude by providing clear and helpful explanations. - Support team members in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional strategies. - Contribute to the development and refinement of educational content, including lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments. - Provide co-curricular support by organizing relevant academic activities and events to enhance the overall learning experience. - Utilize generative AI technologies to optimize content creation processes for innovative and scalable development. - Deliver effective lectures to groups of 100+ students. Minimum Qualifications: - A degree with an overall minimum academic score of 60% is required. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex topics for a diverse audience. - Strong foundational knowledge in Fundamentals of Aptitude. - Passion for training and helping others succeed. - Deep understanding of student challenges and needs. - Excellent communication skills for effective feedback delivery. - Detail-oriented with good documentation and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality. - Experience with new-age tools such as Chat GPT to optimize processes.,
