About The Role

We are looking for an individual with 2 to 4 years of experience in working with youth-centric brands on social media channels, & influencer marketing with a deep understanding of digital trends & the necessary skills to analyze, plan & execute social media campaigns while working with brands and creators/ influencers. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaignsOngoing identification and qualification of new influencer talentNegotiate and contract influencers on behalf of our clients, particularly in securing advertising rights for the contentProvide recommendations on contracted deliverables per influencer and activation strategiesProvide ongoing reviews of influencer contracted deliverablesIdentify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leadersAttend relevant events for networking and business purposesResearch relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and usersLiaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

Skills

Well versed with Indian & international digital content trends and creatorsStrong written and verbal communication skillsTime management skills & ability to multitaskDemonstrate knowledge in the areas of social and influencer strategyHave a strong understanding of emerging influencer talent, contracting, and performance assessment
