Associate III - PMO

As a PMO Support Analyst at UST, you will be a crucial part of the Enterprise PMO Project team, ensuring smooth operations and supporting various activities. Your attention to detail and effective communication skills will be key to successful project delivery and stakeholder coordination. - Assess and review project changes, initiate processing, and engage with HR teams for updates. - Retrieve financial data, assist with budget changes, and provide analysis and reporting. - Manage timesheet submissions, generate reports, and address any related queries. - Process data files, assist in user testing, and respond to emails and tickets. - Coordinate stakeholder communications, manage shared mailbox, and offer guidance to users. - Provide training on system changes, assist in user testing, and ensure effective documentation and reporting. - Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and stay updated on configuration changes. - Manage community site, maintain blog posts, and ensure accuracy of distribution lists. - Bachelor's/Masters degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in a PMO or project support role, preferably in the financial services industry. - Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools. - Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities. - Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, and efficient time management.
