As a Commercial Lending Operations (CLO) Analyst, you will play a critical role in core lending functions and cross-functional initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring seamless loan processing, supporting deal closures, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of fintech lending, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee loan applications from submission to funding, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely follow-ups. - Drive high-impact initiatives across Sales, Risk, Marketing, R&D, and Product, including pricing campaigns, web-presence tagging, and debit spend campaigns. - Maintain key lending data, monitor pipeline trends, and assist with reports on funding volume, approval rates, and lender performance. - Track decisions, ensure smooth communication to support the sales team with deal follow-ups, and provide updates to sales reps on lender responses and next steps. **Qualifications Required:** - 1+ years of experience in operations, data entry, or a related field. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage competing priorities. - Strong analytical skills, with experience using Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, or Metabase. - Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams, external partners, and leadership. - Passion for fintech, learning, and operational excellence.
