Job Overview

We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Team’s routine, adhoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is for responding to customer enquiries, sales order creation, expediting orders, quote creations, price resolutions & other customer service activitiesA Day In The LifeSome of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)Support routine activities based on Service Level AgreementSupport Customer enquiries, order entry, order changes and other requirements of customersWork as customer service associate flexible to support during night shiftContribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIsEnsure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and quick TATEnsure all requests from customers and CS teams are acknowledged for the day and coordinate with teams across the enterprise to resolve customer enquiriesWhat will help you thrive in this role?Excellent Communication skills, Good computer skills, Analytical skills, experience in Chat and Customer services through emails Desirable if they have SAP, Salesforce and order management experience.
