Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Coordinate and support the end-to-end recruitment process
Conduct HR interviews and facilitate offer roll-out
Manage onboarding and induction for new hires

Employee Engagement & Relations

Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
Address employee queries and concerns, and escalate when required
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Performance Management

Assist in performance review cycles and goal-setting processes
Provide guidance on appraisal systems and tools
Support managers and employees in development planning

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain HR records, HRIS updates, and documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Manage leave, attendance, and employee data accuracy

Learning & Development

Coordinate internal and external training programs
Track training participation and maintain records
Support capability-building initiatives across teams

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
4–6 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or business partner role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
