Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build a career in HR Operations. You will support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of HR processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions within defined SLAs.
This position requires a high level of diligence in managing time-sensitive actions within defined SLAs to maintain service excellence. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, driving process improvements, and delivering Best in Class service while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding activities including induction coordination, validation of joining forms, and statutory compliance checks.
  • Support HRIS updates and maintenance (Workday or similar systems).
  • Track leave and attendance records and assist in payroll input collation.
  • Respond to employee queries and process change requests promptly.
  • Maintain accurate employee files and documentation.
  • Assist in exit management activities ensuring smooth offboarding.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare basic reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor s or master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, with 0-2 years of experience in HR Operations or internship experience in HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and meet SLAs with accuracy.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred) is an advantage.
