Branch Administration: Manage day to day work of office through better upkeep of resources; or customer service to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, timely resolution of employee queries to achieve improved efficiency levels and enhance employee satisfaction. Operational Control: Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Interdepartmental Coordination: Liaising with other departments, where applicable, to ensure smooth running of all the operations Daily Maintenance work: Oversee Electromechanical, plumbing, A/C, Fire Fighting system, Carpenter, Painting, Masonry and other activities related to upkeep of facilities Vendor Coordination: Maintain all AMC details and vendor details (contact Person, contact numbers etc.) Follow up AMC schedule with vendor Govt Liaison: Maintaining Liaison with various Govt. departments like Magistrate Office, PIB, Labour Dept., Fire Division etc. National Process Development: Should have excellent command over Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Supporting the National initiatives for Process Development. Guest House Management: supervising, managing inventory, upkeep and repair and overall property appearance. Managing Security, Housekeeping, RNI, Asset Management and 3rd party manpower
