Associate Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Associate Growth Marketing Manager to join our client, a venture-backed fintech startup. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll drive user acquisition, run experiments, and scale growth at the intersection of AI + Fintech.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale digital acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
• Optimize campaigns to improve RoAS and reduce CAC
• Build dashboards, reports, and insights for weekly growth reviews
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to create seamless acquisition journeys
• Run structured growth experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and learnings

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing or digital acquisition
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, UAC
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets; SQL is a plus)
• Understanding of key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, RoAS, retention)
• Hustle mindset with bias for execution and results
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
